The staff of Prater Residence makes sure to satisfy your needs to make your stay more joyful, smooth and pleasant.

We would like to kindly ask you to read and observe the below information and house rules.

Check-in and Check-out

The check-in time on the arrival day from 15:00 pm. In so far as our housekeepers are ready with the rooms before that time, you are able to get your apartment. If you would like to come earlier please inform us in advance by e-mail or telephone. Before the check-in time it is possible to place your luggage on the ground floor and park your car in our safety garage. Please leave the apartment till 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Extension of stay is possible on the day of departure if there aren’t arriving guest into your apartment on that day.

Extension fees: until 12:00 – 25% of one night accommodation fee, until 14:00 – 50% of one night accommodation fee, until evening – 100% of one night accommodation fee.

 

Room key

After the check-in and the properly filled guest registration form the guests receive one apartment key and keycards from the receptionist. We would like to ask you to leave the roomkey at the reception every time when you leave the building. Showing the keycard you can get back your roomkey again. For the lost or damaged key/keyring 25 EUR compensation will be charged.

 

Parking:

Parking in our garage is possible by our car lift, that’s why please be advised of the following.

Parking space in our underground garage is available only if your car does not exceed the below measurements due to the technical limitation of our car lift:

  • Brutto weight: 2000 kg
  • Height: 1,95 meter
  • Length: 5,25 meter

If your car is bigger, there is a parking house nearby, which costs cc.14 EUR / 24 hours.

 

WIFI:

Network name: Prater Apartman 1./2./3./4./5./6. floor

Password: Prater4321

 

TV:

Please use the bigger remote control to switch on/off the TV. The smaller remote control controls the set top box and to change the channels.

 

Cleaning:

Room price contains daily cleaning (usually in the afternoon when you are not in the apartment and left the key at the reception). After every third night the towels will be replaced with new one. (During long or monthly term stay the frequency of cleaning can be different).

Extra cleaning costs 10 EUR/time.

Washing: In so far as you giving us your linen at the reception (selectively separated) till 10:00, you will get back on the next day. Washing fee: 4 EUR/dose.

Iron / ironing board: available on request at the reception free of charge.

 

 

Reception:

There is 24 hours reception service in out apartment house. If you have any question or request please do not hesitate to contact any of our colleagues. The variety of the sightseeing tours is also available from reception, so you can enjoy them without having to queue.

 

Security

In order to preserve their values, you can leave your items in the safe of the apartments. Please always keep the door of the apartment closed at the night.

 

Electrical appliances

Electrical appliances in the apartments shall be used for its intended purpose. Damage resulting from improper use of the guest obligated to pay for the hotel.

 

Fire protection

Electrical appliances in the apartments shall be used for its intended purpose. Damage resulting from improper use of the guest obligated to pay for the hotel.

 

Smoking

Electrical appliances in the apartments shall be used for its intended purpose. Damage resulting from improper use of the guest obligated to pay for the hotel.

 

Guests tranquility

Please, respect the others guests tranquility and do not disturb them with loudness. With specific reference to listen to each other’s tranquility after 22:00.

It is permitted to organize parties or listening loud music in the apartments!

 

Hotel values

Items of furniture and textiles are not allowed to take out from the hotel. In case of renting more than one apartments please do not take the items from one apartment to another one. Any improper use resulting in damage to guest obligated to pay for the hotel.

 

Leaving the apartment

Please make sure do not leave the tap water on or leave the lights on as well before you leave the apartments.

 

Report an error

We kindly ask the guests to indicate to us all the noticed failures immediately to the reception.  

 

Damage

Negligently or intentionally caused damage will be charged immediately.

 

Extra guests

Maximum 2 extra guests are permitted until 22:00 in the apartments. If the extra guests want to spend the night at the hotel they should pay extra fee (10 EUR / person/night). Please inform the reception about your extra guests in advance.
